In 1998 Briarhunt Kennels was asked if they had any aspiring dogs that would be suited for the glamour of the movies. Simon (Briarhunt's The Saint) raised his paw and boarded the plane in search of fame and fortune. Simon got his Straight To Video movie, and retired happy to the farm.
